Sierra (black) and Sienna (black and white) are baby sisters that have just had babies themselves. Now that they are no longer nursing, these sweet girls are ready to find their FUR-EVER home. They were rescued from a petstore where they were crowded into a small cage with 6 males. These girls managed to birth 2 babies each and now that their kids have been adopted, they are looking for a home where they never have to worry about anything again. All they want is to be loved and given great veggies. At 5 months old, these girls are on the small side, but they are very healthy. They would be great for a family with children 8 and up, with parental supervision. Guinea pigs are a long term commitment of at least 5 to 7 years; so if you can't commit to giving them the long term love and affection they need and deserve, please don't adopt a guinea pig. Guinea pigs are social animals, and should always have a friend of their own kind. These wonderful little creatures live an average of 5 to 7 years, and I've even had them live up till they were 9 and 10 1/2. Children under the age of 12 should always be supervised by an adult when holding guinea pigs. They are also vegetarians. Among their favorite veggies are Romaine, Parsley, Green leaf/Red leaf lettuce, Endive, Collard Greens, Kale, Tomatoes, Carrots (in moderation) and Green/Red/Yellow or Orange peppers, just to name a few.
