Banks, a.k.a. Carlos, was found as a stray, running with his friend Sunrise. Sunrise was reclaimed by her owner, but he said he didn't have Banks long enough to even bond with him, so asked us to try to find him a home. He's roughly 1 year old, doesn't seem to mind other dogs, is energetic and is quick to learn commands.
